We accept online payment in a secure environment. All of our prices are in UK pounds sterling, and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
Card payments on HyggeAtHeart.co.uk are managed by our integration with Stripe. Stripe is certified with the highest level regarding compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
You can also pay securely by PayPal (no PayPal account required) or Apple Pay if you’re shopping on a compatible Apple mobile device.
Postage & Packing
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
We charge a single, flat rate for shipping of £4 per order, unless your order is over £30 where standard shipping is free.
Express delivery will be at an additional cost, and every effort will be made to send your order the same day if this option is chosen.
All orders will be despatched within 2 working days, and will be sent using a standard delivery method (3-5 days), unless Express Delivery has been selected.
Orders are not despatched at weekends, but may be delivered to you at weekends.
In rare cases, (we get snowed in up here!) delivery may not be possible within the scheduled timeframe and we will always let you know when this is the case.
Our delivery drivers may need a signature from you upon delivery, and after a failed attempt to deliver, the courier may require you to collect your goodies from one of their locations, or rearrange delivery with them directly.
If you need to amend your order once it has been placed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes whenever possible.
Please inform us within two working days of any missing or damaged items.
Refunds & Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 7 working days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or a refund, provided that the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, clearly unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. For all returns, except when the goods are found to be faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
To return your purchased items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The goods will remain your responsibility until they are successfully returned to us.
We always make every effort to keep our website up and running smoothly for our customers, however, we cannot take responsibility for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Whilst we take every possible care to ensure that product descriptions and measurements on our website are correct, specifications are intended to give a general description and there may be slight variations in finish and colour due to the hand made nature of the item, the photographic process or computer software.
If the price in the description is obviously an error, we reserve the right to limit Hygge At Heart’s liability to the return of the money the customer has paid.
We will never pass on or sell your personal details to other companies. We do not store any of your payment details. We will only use your address or phone number to contact you about your order if there is an issue. We like to keep our customers up to date with current offers, so we may send you an email occasionally.
